Christian Vrient

General Manager
Passionate about well-being at work, I transformed my experience of stress into a driving force to reinvent management. Graduated from ICHEC, after an intense career in team management, I turned to coaching and psychotherapy. My goal: to help companies develop authentic managerial practices for a fulfilling work environment.

Who am I and what is my Why?

I am convinced that well-being at work (or Quality of Life at Work for our French neighbors) is not limited to one-off solutions such as group yoga classes or massage sessions (practices that I nevertheless encourage for their real but insufficient contribution), I am committed to sustainably transforming managerial practices within companies. With a rich and varied experience, I know that to establish a balanced and fulfilling work environment, it is essential to rethink the way we manage teams.

A graduate of ICHEC, I began my career in an industrial printing company before taking on responsibilities in safety and prevention within a multinational, managing up to 250 people. This intense professional life, marked by daily stress, led me to explore stress management techniques such as tai chi, aikido, sophrology and massage. These practices revealed to me the benefits of a holistic approach to well-being but also, and above all, of relevant management. I see the position of manager as a skill and not a simple promotion: the best polytechnician engineer is not necessarily a good people manager!

Today, I put this expertise at the service of companies, helping them develop authentic managerial skills, based on an in-depth knowledge of themselves and others. My goal is to create work environments where everyone finds their place, can perform optimally, and where the well-being of employees is a real pillar of collective success.
